Official Giveaway Rules

Sponsor

The Wedding & Quince Expo Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by the Wedding & Quince Expo Presented by The Fresno Convention and Entertainment Center and Expo Party Rentals.

Entry Period

Entries will be accepted beginning on the date registration opens and ending prior to the scheduled Wedding & Quince Expo giveaway drawings.

Late, incomplete, duplicate, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

Giveaway Entry Tickets

Eligible participants will receive two (2) giveaway entry tickets at the Registration Booth.

Participants may choose to:

Place both tickets into the Wedding & Quince Vault drawing.
Place both tickets into the Cake Dive drawing.
Place one ticket into each drawing.

Wedding & Quince Vault

Ten (10) tickets will be randomly selected.

Each selected participant will become a Wedding & Quince Vault Finalist.

Finalists will each select one key in an attempt to unlock the Wedding & Quince Vault.

Only one key will unlock the Vault and win the Ultimate Wedding & Quince Giveaway.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements stated on the registration form.

Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Void where prohibited by law.

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

Purchasing admission to the Wedding & Quince Expo does not increase or improve the chances of being selected.

Limit one (1) registration per person.

Individuals who register without purchasing event admission are welcome to participate. To ensure eligibility for the Wedding & Quince Vault and Cake Dive, participants need to arrive at the Wedding & Quince Expo and check in at the Registration Booth 30 minutes before the scheduled drawing or experience begins. Non-purchase registrants will be asked to wait in the lobby until giveaway begins.

Cake Dive

Ten (10) tickets will be randomly selected.

Each selected participant will participate in the Cake Dive according to the instructions announced during the event.

Winner Selection

All finalists and winners will be selected at random from eligible entries.

The decisions of the Wedding & Quince Expo are final.

Attendance

Participants should be present during the scheduled drawings.

If a selected participant cannot be located within a reasonable amount of time, the Wedding & Quince Expo reserves the right to select an alternate participant.

Prize Redemption

The Ultimate Wedding & Quince Giveaway consists of prizes, products, services, gift certificates, and promotional items generously donated by participating vendors.

Each donated prize is offered by an independent participating vendor and may be subject to that vendor's individual terms, conditions, restrictions, expiration dates, scheduling availability, and redemption requirements.

The Wedding & Quince Expo is responsible only for administering the Promotion and is not responsible for the fulfillment, scheduling, availability, quality, or redemption of individual vendor prizes.

Each winner will receive a Prize Redemption Packet containing:

A complete list of the prizes won.
The estimated value of each prize (when provided by the donating vendor).
Contact information for each participating vendor.
Any redemption instructions, deadlines, restrictions, or requirements provided by the vendor.

Winners are responsible for contacting each participating vendor directly to redeem their prizes and must comply with each vendor's individual redemption policies and requirements.

Questions regarding a specific prize should be directed to the donating vendor.
